So pretty much, he bought 76ks on the guys account to buy chins. Can you check your GE history? I doubt he is that stupid, but you can always look. If he did buy this (which I think he did) he probably bought it via a trade with another account.
Edit: Even if this was legit, why did Rowe get onto a PVP to find out how much EP he had? You don't accidentally log onto a PVP world, you can't, it WARNS you about logging onto them. If I was kittenkiller I would be pissed that he got a 76k and used my 94% ep because I would assume he had that much EP for something, what if he was saving it for like a whip kill or something.
