If its a service team, make sure you know whos in the team, and see if you trust them all.
If you simply dont trust one of the users then dont accept the team service.

Best way would be to make sure all use the site.
Simply useing a service provide who hires people you dont know seems very strange to me.
You go out and mabye even pay more for a service provider you find trusted as you used him before or was told by friends etc that its a good person
If that person then hires people you dont know, then all the effort you put into gettin a user you deem trusted is gone.

Know who you are hireing as a team, and not just the front person.
