I have my private off for a reason. Everyone in the FC knows who I am on here, he has had ample opportunity to message me on here. The only times he attempted to apologize is when I am off and on/afking and never saw any attempt to apologize and I have to ask an uninvolved 3rd party what exactly happened a week later.

The problem isn't only the fact that I didn't get an apology. I also never got any response from Tony other than "I'll ask around" but not what happened. Also when I tried to ask Mitch about it the first time about it he says it wasn't even him on his account and he had nothing to say other than that when he too should've also apologized since it was his account involved. I know if someone were on my account and kicked someone, accident or not, without justification I would've accepted partial responsibility for it happening.

The other issue is that now everyone who had kick privs prior is getting punished for this as it has now been revoked to only someone with access to the fc account being able to kick. Now when someone needs to be dealt with, such as someone causing "wave spam" as Meg informed me of happening earlier, no one can do anything until someone with access gets on.

No kicking privileges were even removed, this issue was caused by someone using someone else's account that could kick.

The chat owners are going to work together to figure something out. My opinion that whoever shares their account (or jobs) should not be given kicking rights. This gives access to anyone on that account to kick whoever they want. It should have never been like this to begin with.

Unico - You were kicked by accident. Get over it. What part of your mind makes you feel like such an elitist that you feel people should go so far out of their way to make you happy. He said he was sorry. Personally I would of been like "My bad" and left it alone. Not because I'm a dick or because I don't respect people, but simply because adults should act as such. Accidents happen, and we should understand that and take nothing so seriously. Is this game and chat that important in your life? If that is the case man just please try to remember it's not that serious. Yes, we will see each other everyday so why not make it less drama filled? Just drop it and join back into the chat. How did you survive the old JSP? :P

A "my bad" is at least acknowledging that you made a mistake. No one bothered to even tell me what happened, no one bothered to accept they did something wrong until after I confront them about it, and no response from Tony after he said he would investigate. I don't expect to be treated as an "elitist" but for as long as I have been around and as much as I have done for this section with the skill competitions, it is not too much to expect a little respect be given, especially when someone screws up. As far as the trolls that I have always had to deal with, none of them has ever had kick privileges in chat, I always set my private to friends and I have always had the ignore function available to me. It is actually quite amusing to me when people get pissed off when I ignore them for being a disrespectful troll. On here there is that nifty little report post button and I have always known who to contact to get threads closed quickly that need immediate attention.

It is to a point now though where the disrespect in this FC comes from those with higher ranks and since that is the case, it is no longer a friendly environment.
