Cookie cutter Raiper is like 60-70 KPH, Virtus/SoA is 120 KPH.
Problem is price, of course. It's very expensive, and you need some cash for gear. You can't really do too well in Ahrims of Void though, due to HP Cap. That +400 really, really helps.
