With shadow
The shadow and blood dyes both cause pieces of weapons/armor to be 'ghostly' and have animations kinda like fire capes. You can see the blade of the noxious scythe here, there's wavy animations to that part. Barrows, 3rd age, and Ice dye retain the solid part of weapons and just change their colors. 3a and blood are the most expensive of the dyes, both are 2b+. Before the clue scroll update the prices for barrows, shadow, 3a, blood were 300m, 1b, 2b, and 2b respectively. Now they're 180m, 600m, 2b, 2b and ice is 750m.
I found this video of some dude showing off the dyes, but it doesn't include blood or ice. Blood is just shadow but red anyway.
I've currently got a barrows dyed noxious staff and a shadow dyed noxious scythe, and a blood dye and shadow dye in my bank. Unfortunately I don't think people are too impressed by my noxious barrows staff anymore :^(. Haven't decided what I'm going to use my blood or shadow dye on yet, the noxious bow doesn't really stand out that much with dyes, and I currently have a wyvern cbow keepsaked for my ranged overrides. Was thinking maybe about dyeing the t92 khopesh weapons when I get them, but I'm not too sure about either; they don't look particularly impressive and I have ripper claws already. The wyvern cbow and ripper claws are both from really dangerous monsters and they're rare as heck so they're pretty unique on a hcim. If I manage to get another shadow or blood dye I might just dye some armor, but I think the only one available to me is sirenic armor which I'm not a big fan of, the other two power armors require group bossing which I say neigh to, goddamn cowardly ironman teaming up for bosses, disgusting...
