Yes look at the game
I looked at the game.
Went all around, took screenshots.
Made a thread full of RS3 screenshots.
OSRS players were saying how great it looks.
Max settings and ultrawide screen in camera mode.
Looking good.
But if you don't like RS3 high quality graphics, they also have potato mode for your familiarity.
If you're turned down by the idea that $5000 could halve someone's time to get maxed... then... here's a tip.
Rather than complaining about what other people waste their money on, stop caring about what other people do.
That guy who spent $5000 on keys on RuneScape did so because he had the money for it, and not the time. Not everyone can play 14 hours a day, every day.
Do you smoke? Do you drink? Do you like to go out for dinner? Do you like to watch movies?
Odds are, you spent more than him on useless shit. You just spent your money on different useless shit. Does that trigger me? No, I give 0 fucks about what you do.
That guy dropping $5000 probably provided more funds to the game in a couple years than you did in the 10-15 years you played.
If you don't like RS3's combat mode.... then how the fuck do you like OSRS combat mode? Honestly.
RS3 literally gives you the same combat mode available on OSRS - Legacy combat mode.
They give you skills, each with different attack animations, which adds visual interest to the game.
Do you like skills, but don't want to mash buttons? Full revolution allows you to automate EVERYTHING.
Not sure what order to arrange your skills? Wikipedia provides a list of the optimal arrangement for different situations.
