There is the first email from when I tried to recover, notice the username.

That is soooo weird... Wow.
So first you couldn't log on

So HMK reset the password, got the e-mail WITH recon squad

and then you tried again and still couldn't log
And then HMK reset again and got name not available

.....

I got nothin :( wish I could help but this is just another level of jagex
