I found out you can tele right to barrows though. Go to the minigames tab (quest tab but press the other compass/star icons), click Shades of Mort'ton, click teleport lol.

Lol, I just did a barrows run with Trident. Did a 2 chest run only used 1 ppot. I will get better and it will be even less ppots lol.

Trident give prayer bonus or just ownage damage?

So ownage. You can use ancient to freeze the brothers than do massive damage from a distance, then refreeze after 3 hits. You don't have to pray on any of the melee brothers :D
