I miss reading these threads, even better when you know its someone who is ~30years old.

To piggyback off of previous responses: if possible, trade with a friend you've had for a while and message in game to ask to borrow X gp/item. It can be something to fallback on if you do get flagged and give you something to add to an appeal if you catch an autoban or something, at the bare minimum.

also you can join the osrs jsp disc and find some friends to add now and maybe trade with later

The only time I ever got banned was buying gold from a website, never had issue with jsp but also I’ve never bought more than like 100m on here.

When I got banned from buying gold on website they took my gold away but I had already bought items so they only got like 10m

If you have never been banned for RWT what you can do is get the GP, buy items with it, and take the potential temp ban.
First is always a temp ban, and they ONLY remove gold, even if you have 1gp left, they will only take that 1 gp.

The safest way to get gold is people in certain discord servers. (not gold selling discords)



RWT is almost never ever overturned even if innocent.
