Bossing could be done where there is a weighted system. For example:
Bossing week, each type of boss gets a point value per KC.
So something like vorkath where you can get ~30 kills per minute, lets just say is 2pts per kill.
And wintertodt is X points (based on trying to average all bosses to approx 60pts/hr or something)
That way everyone can participate, no matter what PvM goals they have or char build theyre using ^_^
Another idea is to regularly host a bossing event (maybe once a month) or a bingo style event
Just kind of make it its own thing, separate from the skill comp
