for all you know the cash could of been sitting in his bank all along, he just happened to get banned after abusing that bug

no, because it isnt possible to make sure whether the rollback was for the gold, or the trade itself. besides; its runescape - the gold wont just poof - not to mention he propably circled the gold around ge a bit before selling

if someone loses the gold or gets rolled back due in relation to this bug they will have a legit reason to throw up an s/a and he will be able to be locked for it specially with jagex providing a major piece of proof
