ntb I'm pretty pissed as I haven't been able to workout today or yesterday.
I haven't missed a day in almost 11 weeks. (unless it was an off day)
Been throwing up/diarrhea all yesterday and I'm still not feeling good.
Still can't hold food in too well and have no appetite.
I can curl 50s too.
Not sure on my OHP max though.
Just on this bulking routine for another month or two then I plan to cut and be close to 175lbs. @164 atm but when I'm able to eat again I hope to be up near 168

My routine isn't specific for "bulk"
But I'm trying to put on weight so I consider it my bulk routine but it is def. not a strength program.
The routine I finished two/three weeks ago was a strength program.

I eat about 180g of protein on a really good day, with my shake as well. Not to mention carbs and healthy fats and I still do not put on much weight. I like being really lean though.

Not bad.
I know Deadlift is a stupid lift-type, but back when I was a senior, I used to max the deadlift bar @ 4 45's on each side. did 405 3 times b)
Hurt like a motherfucker afterwards, but I need to see if my friend still has the vid. Lmao.
