ntb I'm pretty pissed as I haven't been able to workout today or yesterday.
I haven't missed a day in almost 11 weeks. (unless it was an off day)
Been throwing up/diarrhea all yesterday and I'm still not feeling good.
Still can't hold food in too well and have no appetite.
I can curl 50s too.
Not sure on my OHP max though.
Just on this bulking routine for another month or two then I plan to cut and be close to 175lbs. @164 atm but when I'm able to eat again I hope to be up near 168
