These past two days have sucked.
I'm finally getting out of my bed from Wednesday when I went to sleep.
Woke up Thursday morning @4:15 to 9:00am with about ten diarrhea spouts and around 6:15am or 5:15am I started throwing up.
Just ended a 48 hour fast with three small slices of pizza.
I'm down about 7000 calories / 2lbs...

I'm 6'2".
Yay!

Bench - 200lbs
Squat - 250lbs
Deadlift - 300lbs

Body weight: 140lbs
