It can be bad to work on salary since you might have to work more hours and not get paid anymore for them, but it seems most people on salary make good money (not always though).
My dad worked at UofM on salary and I would trade jobs with him because he was making a lot more than I am at the moment at my job lol. :3
My mom knew a guy who worked at Meijers that was a manager and he was getting paid salary and he stepped down to a lower position that was hourly pay because he always had to work overtime and stuff and wasn't worth it/too stressful their.
My work ethic would be taken advantage of on a salary pay.
I don't mind working at all, but when I go to any job I'm there to bust ass and get paid appropriately, I hate standing around.
That overtime and holiday pay > Salary pay.
