It's ok, you have to understand this guys are want to be try hards.
They have been lifting for year+ and their gains are good but at the point in their lifting career aren't amazing such as airsoft's.
I've been lifting for eight weeks.
Give me a year and I'll surpass their level of fitness.
Lifting is a time thing and they are like "LOL NICE GAINS, NO MUSCLE!" when they understand that it takes time.
Which I am putting in.
