lol, first of all i was bodybuilding back then, and no, I never used roids my mom's a nutritionist/dietetist, i don't eat what you guys eat, and a good bodybuilder knows that nutrition is 80% of gym results.
and second of all i've been a carpenter for about 2 years now, I can't do gym + working cause the job is very physical I dont feel bad when I simply watch tv when I come back from work.
Go to the gym 6 days a week, never eat chips, certain cookies, watch every single thing you eat, youll have a shape within 2 years with the right dedication!
