Creatine just adds water to your muscles, reducing soreness and recovery time.
The idea behind it, is you go on it for a cycle during a bulk, and you'll have more water in the muscle meaning you can lift and recover faster, thus working harder.
This packs on more muscle. Once you cycle off, you'll lose the water weight, but you'll have more muscle then when you went on.
Snazzy's friend was most likely juicing (steriods), creatine does not do that lol..
