Haha, I'm legit terrified of not working out. Had a buddy who benched all day every day in high school. Quit lifting after graduation, and his pecks turned to full fledge man breasticles.

Like Adam said, must've been taking something. That's one reason why I'm afraid of taking Creatine or anything like that. I hear once you stop taking it and quit lifting you shrink down.

Creatine just adds water to your muscles, reducing soreness and recovery time.

The idea behind it, is you go on it for a cycle during a bulk, and you'll have more water in the muscle meaning you can lift and recover faster, thus working harder.

This packs on more muscle. Once you cycle off, you'll lose the water weight, but you'll have more muscle then when you went on.

Snazzy's friend was most likely juicing (steriods), creatine does not do that lol..

Might not be thinking about Creatine then, it's something I've seen people lose muscle mass when they quit taking it before. Can't remember the name of it though.

Steroids? You'll def lose bulk coming off creatine, you still should be bigger tho from before you started a cycle, but you won't be as bulky as you were while on it, b/c it just inflates your muscles with water

Half of the story. Creatine increases ATP production in your mitochondria.

ATP is the here and now energy that will get you further through the training sessions.

I guess if you want half of an understanding of how things work you can just assume all creatine does is bring more water into your muscles.
