I also improvise/have some experience while compiling my routine...I don't bodybuild so I don't need to trail ALL the muscles just the main musclegroups and so on. Nothing will grow out of proportion aslong as you don't overdo it and do cardio to stimulate all the other muscles.

I don't know exactly how much your stats are in cm and kg but I am 176cm and 87kg. Ideal weight would probably be between 80 and 85.

http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=55756511&f=267&o=2240 --- You can fint my picture on this page. That was in august...a bit more tone right now...didn't do gym much in the summer.

I'm actually 184cm (183cm is 6'0) and about 70kg. I'm used to using lbs now after being on JSP HnF with the American bro's.

As for maxes, I'm not entirely too sure. I'm 5'10" and 195 lbs.

Last I checked that I can remember, bench was 225, leg press was 600 (Fuck squats), curls were somewhere around 120-130, didn't try it individually.

I'm just now getting to the point where I can start doing body weight workouts into my routine. I'm sure I can do more on my maxes now, being that was 2+ months ago.

You measure curls? Lol'd dafuq.
What's that like 60kg BB, is that without swinging your arms around etc? I'd imagine your form isn't too strict curling 60kg when you bench 100kg.

Yeah, I forgot what else I maxed, we actually spent a few days seeing our maxes with everything so we good had a good rep amount/weight down for 1-2 months.

I actually have really good form when curling or doing triceps, I don't sway my body etc. Hate doing preacher curls too.

Cousin also had me do some shit with a barbell where you lift it to your chest 7 times, then down to chest 7 times, then full curls 7 times. Not sure how well it worked, but sure did burn.

That's maxing, now I just put 25's on each side and rep it out.

Wow, so even here there are people who take that gym stuff so seriously. No disrespect, I mean I get it why you train by a super complicated program and stuff yourself with all those supplements.

I don't know what it is but I just don't like that shit. I just eat what I want aslong as I get enough calories to burn and protein for the muscle.

I run and play basketball to stay in shape aerobically and fat wise and do gym to look good and get them strenght levels. But I guess skinnier guys need supplements to get more muscle.

I  used to be a swimmer and did conatact sports ( little ) and just grew up doing shit that gets you muscles anyway.

So even when I started I could benchpress about 80kg ( 5 times at first ) and max was like 90kg or so. But thats nothing ( was 16 at the time )

I mean I've never been a "skinny kid". Always been big (thanks to my Cherokee blood). As I mentioned, I mainly take protein as meal replacements right now due to my current job/life style.

Amino Acids to keep from being sore because I'm quite active, and my job requires heavy lifting.

As far as "eating what you want".. That's fine and all, but it's worth knowing what you should and shouldn't eat. Yellow carbs for example.

And workout wise, I live in hotels right now, so running, swimming, p90x, and whatever workouts I can do in a hotel room are what I do. Nothing too ridiculous. Some hotels have free weights but most don't.

No no I'm 184cm 70kg.

DL 150kg
Bench 90kg
Squat 100k

60kg curls is noobalator.

I can bb curl like 45 with good form for a few reps, but I don't bb, I usually use cables where your arms are straight out at your side and curl towards your head.
Can see pics of me in my profile or in HnF Progress pics thread on the recent pages, my arms are scrawn lol.

People keep track of Leg Press?

Real men squat.

255 bench, 410 squat, 225 clean, military press 185.

I can't think of any other exercise people keep track of.

I do mostly upper body with squatting and cardio.

I hate cardio though :X

Real men do push ups instead of bench.
