I'm not interested in opening it back up if the clan isn't willing to put an effort towards it.

What I meant by max is just doing SOME.
I mean, we need a minimum of 5 people to visit each week and 2 of which need to max, OR we can all pitch in for 1850 upkeep, which is easy..
