sometimes when browsing the internet... wheather its youtube facebook d2jsp etc.. seems like sometimes it sits and loads forever and other times it extremely fast

for example..

i can load a youtube video and it will take no time to load a 4 minute video... and other times it takes twice as longs as it should.

when its running fast i dont have to pause it to let it load.. when its running slow i have to pause it for 30 seconds or more...

anyone know what the hell is going on.

using mediacom also.
