Haha crucial. Yeah only protein I've taken recently is 100% whey. Sadly, more as a meal replacement because I'm on the road every day

Ahh Seth, you rock climb? Me too :) My gf started me on it, got pretty addicting. I mostly boulder.

Wow, so even here there are people who take that gym stuff so seriously. No disrespect, I mean I get it why you train by a super complicated program and stuff yourself with all those supplements.

I don't know what it is but I just don't like that shit. I just eat what I want aslong as I get enough calories to burn and protein for the muscle.

I run and play basketball to stay in shape aerobically and fat wise and do gym to look good and get them strenght levels. But I guess skinnier guys need supplements to get more muscle.

I used to be a swimmer and did conatact sports ( little ) and just grew up doing shit that gets you muscles anyway.

So even when I started I could benchpress about 80kg ( 5 times at first ) and max was like 90kg or so. But thats nothing ( was 16 at the time )

90kg bench is my max and I think I'm the strongest 'scrawn' on HnF.
scrawn: 5'10-6'1 and <160lbs

I'm 6'0 156lbs

I eat what I want aswell and try to get as much calories as I can, I'm on my own improvised routines/diets haha.

I also improvise/have some experience while compiling my routine...I don't bodybuild so I don't need to trail ALL the muscles just the main musclegroups and so on. Nothing will grow out of proportion aslong as you don't overdo it and do cardio to stimulate all the other muscles.

I don't know exactly how much your stats are in cm and kg but I am 176cm and 87kg. Ideal weight would probably be between 80 and 85.

As for maxes, I'm not entirely too sure. I'm 5'10" and 195 lbs.

Last I checked that I can remember, bench was 225, leg press was 600 (Fuck squats), curls were somewhere around 120-130, didn't try it individually.

I'm just now getting to the point where I can start doing body weight workouts into my routine. I'm sure I can do more on my maxes now, being that was 2+ months ago.
