155? I'm sure you could do much more than that now, at least you look like you should. I'm finally getting up to the point where I'm able to do my body weight in reps now with Bench.

Sadly I don't do Squats/Dead lifts when I lift because I hate doing it without a partner, and I nearly always hurt myself in the end.

I'm on a SL5x5 program.
We're running it for 12 weeks, Monday starts week 5.
I think I could probably bench 175/185 @ 168lbs 6'2"
By December when my program ends I'm looking at
305+ Dead lift max
285+ Squat Max
225+ Bench Max
Those are guesses but not far off imo
Friday I do Bench/Squat/Pulls Ups/ect...
So my bench I'll do
1 set 120
2 set 125
3 set 130
4 set 135
5 set 140
5 reps each set

Last week of my program I'll be looking at
1 set 160
2 set 165
3 set 170
4 set 175
5 set 180
5 reps each set

Actually probably be looking at lower 1RM by a little.
Roughly 300 dead lift
265 Squat
195/200 Bench

Sounds good, I was doing something similar to this. When I started back in July I was benching like 170 max, and weighed at 227. I had a 47-day streak going on the gym twice a day w/ a strict diet, after that I've been going off and on every couple of weeks. Currently at 195 and benching 225 max. Not sure what my max could be with Squats, but I've been up to 600 with the leg press.

Regardless, your progress has been looking good, and GL on those max goals. Personally I think it's good for anyone to be able to bench their body weight, especially with the % of Americans that actually can (I think it's like 8%).

Here's a chat I found that was similar to the one I followed when benching.

Yeah and twice a day?
Fuck how did you not over work out?
I do a three day gym split added with cardio on off days.
When I cut after this program ends I plan stay close to 8%/10% body fat.
Would like to see me that low around 170lbs

Was going through a rough time in my life, the Gym was my only escape from reality at the time. Would go at like 4-5 in the morning for a couple of hours, and do the same routine later on that night.

I was averaging 5 lbs/week loss, much more than that probably in fat being the muscle I was putting on. I'm still trying to lose weight though, hopefully I can get into the lower 180's or even 185 before I join the Air Force.

Especially being my max weight allowed will only be like 191, but I would like to be toned up before I go as well.

Yeah the diet is the main part of any workout.

Do you use any supplements/preworkouts?

Trutein 3 blend whey/casein/egg protein mix.
- honestly don't see why you would buy like NO whey gold standard over Trutein or really any other $49.995LB
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/tru-nutrition/trutein.html

Creatine I use Beast Creature but it's $27.99/300G so I'll probably move to NO creatine and give it a cycle.
If I don't like NO then I'll return to Beast or another brand.

Then I have Opti-Men vitamin supplement and C4 pre-workout.
I like the focus a pre-workout gives but when I cycle off it and if I see I can still do work, ect... I'll probably stay away from them.

Yeah I love the focus, but it also seems to put you in that mind set "do werk son" ha

Idk how intensive your workouts are, but I recently started taking Amino Acids after, and they make a huge difference for soreness.

I'm cutting now, so I'm on a lower carb diet which helps with the muscle fatigue mostly, but the Amino Acids work wonders especially because of my job being physical as well. Not to mention they are stupid cheap

I don't take BCAAs, ect... because it's in my diet and even my protein has it in it
I like the C4 but it isn't really needed.
I took Adderall XR yesterday around 1pm
Take scoop and half of C4
Head to gym
C4 kicks in when the next cycle of Adderall was released
My heart felt as if I did a line of coke...
