But I don't think I want to be any larger than 8% @185/195
I'm going on my 4th week of strength training; 8 more so my cardio has died off a great deal in the gym.
Most of my cardio is done outside on a bike or running/jogging the lakefront.
(try to aim for 20miles total simply because on a bike I can do 15 miles in about an hours time)
