Only a two month difference but I only have been working out my abs for the past three weeks.
Gained 7lbs and I'm back in the 170s!
Trying to get to 180-185 before December for a short 4 month bulk then cut down to 165/170 by my birthday.
(basically lose some love handles which carry extra fat on the backs more than sides and develop my chest more which will be closer towards December 14th)
Would be nice to get down into the 180's for me, Started at 227 and currently at 195 in the picture I posted. Although I quit doing Cardio as much as started to work on mainly lifting, so I doubt I'm going to move much more than my current weight.
Your progress is looking nice though.
