Although, I have one major question:

My pure's level 73+6 right now (Will get 70 summoning on Double EXP Weekend), 90 range, 62 agility (going for 70 after 99 thieving), just about a trimmed skillcape and I use it much more often as opposed to my main. I was wondering if I could use my main to apply and then use my pure at say Bandos or something but at Armadyl/Sara use my main

no. if we wanted leachers we would take in max range tanks or zerker pures

It's not the appearance that matters it's the damage. I'd be able to hit very nicely with ruby bolts (e) and consider how fast Bandos drops Range's accurate on Bandos as well...

No offense charlie but range is not the way to go at bandos.
If it was at all comparable to melee there would be a lot more people using it as opposed to goswords
