More than likely, as rough 'n' tough as it sounds, we will need to remove members who do not frequently cap (unless they have very good reason(s) for not capping).
Basically, currently it is an expectation, but not a requirement. In future it is likely to become a requirement.
If people are unwilling to help the clan progress, it is my belief that they are not the type of people that will be best suited for the community we are trying to create. It isn't asking much, benefits you (with capping experience, bonus experience and fealty experience) and helps show us that you are prepared to work together with clan mates as well as work towards your own goals.
As an extra note, I would recommend PMing one of the ranks if you have concerns about any of our policies or actions that have been taken. It will garner a more focused response from the person it is directed to and will help to avoid cluttering up the clan thread.
