if you cant buy membership, id say cooking lobsters proly a good way to make enough money and once high enough could proly do swordfish. Once you get membership, id say go for quest cape if not at least barrows gloves to have a decent account to start making money

I would get all the F2P quests completed and see if you enjoy that, if going member a lot of your Best in slot PVM gear is quest locked, and doing the quests from a low level is very effective and you can skip many levels, get 40/40/40 attack strength/ defense without ever training it etc.
