They have an account recovery with a spot to ask questions right in the website, this isn’t a place to complain, IP changes are usually not enough of a reason for a lock, I’m sure there is more involved in it.

Congratulations on getting unlocked. Don’t travel and play that account anymore. :bonk:

just so you're aware in the future, all auto denies are reviewed by a support member, and they will send an email to you if that happens and they determine a different outcome

Wrong. This is a place to complain. It's a forum dude. This place has nothing but achievement threads. If you don't like it then don't post. Go minimod elsewhere. If this seems like a 0-60 reply, it is mainly for anyone that wants to have that kind of attitude.
