In runescape classic my neighbor/friend stumbled upon someone drop trading and clicked the coin pile and it ended up being 4m, he would of returned it, but the person must of lost connection or something and never came back. This was back when Red/yellow party hats were 300-400k so it was pretty crazy, something I’ll never forget.

1 - House party - shortly after Construction was released, back when rares dropped over armor, had my Halloween mask set, and Santa, showing it off with my guthix/zammy/Sara armor at a house party, dungeon had a glitch though, to where if they kicked u as you were dying in there, you’d die outside, needless to say I died outside and iirc I ended up in lummby very confused with 3 platebodies in my inventory.

2 - Lure - some dude actually baited me to Wildy Ditch with my red Halloween mask and zammy armor set on, he dropped a large stack of coins just barely outside the ditch, I figured there was no way somone could kill me if I just run a few tiles in and grab it then hurry back out, (this was before gods words and claws etc) immediately as I step out I see a white dot come from the north and seconds later I was barraged and killed, again, popped up in lumby with 3 armor pieces RIP red hween

Abyss runecrafting with my DFS for which I got pked.

Not my oh no but back when 07 servers were up, they were dropping phars and shit me n my friend went on the hunt, i got up into a random house and two guys told me to fuck off and were being dicks so i was like fuck em i was gonna leave but now im staying.

2minutes later a phat popped and i grabbed it xD they were tilted AF they stayrd in there for like 5hours and to add icing to the cake i wore it for like 15min while rhey were cussing me until they left.

my biggest oh no was in rs3 i was gonna sell my santa because the prices were dropping hard, so i tried selling it in ge nothing so i went to world 2 and advertised (it was like 4am i was dead tired) some guy putted 100m and then retracted 90m and i didn't pay attention closely i just wanted to go to bed i accepted accepted and only realized 30min later my big oof


that one time i was doing gardook or whatever the chaos tunnel boss name was and i was doing the clue i saw a green dragon bot who broke so i said time for some payback (because at the time i was grinding green dragons) back when they were worth it, i forgot i'd be skulled (never was into pvp) so i rushed to leave with my 2.5m loot a pvper just logged in and killed me for what was almost my whole bank...i just turned the game off and didn't go back for the next 4 months


I also got lured back when it wasn't very common knowledge that it was going on, lost a good 80m... i knew it was a trick but he dropped like 300m behind a tree i thought i'd be a smartass and try n telegrab it... (little did i know my character stepped outside the safe zone) in clan wars and i lost bcp tassy fury dfs and a buncha shit I was pissed left the game for 2 years.

Other oh no i used to be a high ranked leader in a casual clan chat we had maybe 50ish? members nothing big we were all chill and we recruired some random dude barely a day in he lured a clan member for his shit, as soon as i login i get like 50pms regarding the situation, so i told the guy to calm down i'd fix it the dude was trying to lure me since i was the 2nd richest dude in the clan (had a santa and like 400m bank total since i was selling floors back when dungeonering started i even gotten pretty good had it, i could do 3 leeches / 2 sellers sub 15min) ( i even managed to buy a rank into the fc " keyers " later on after our cc owner kept fucking us we had to pay a weekly 15mill to help pay for advertisers i'd make 50m+/day so didn't care after he fucked us all for over 300m he left and closed the cc and i had a contact who did sell floors for keyers who got me in

So long story short i got him to trust trade me a zgs (15m) for his " youtube video " and i took it and left, i was gonns give 8m to the dude who lost his stuff but he litellary called me out on it in hopes that the dude would refund him, so i banned the lurer and moved on and kept the 15m

back around when i first started i barrowed a whip from a friend and alched it on accident. i just sat there.. looking at the like 60k or w-e it was in my inventory, stunned and kinda freaking out i logged out of the game and ran around the house panicking for like an hour.
