I understand what you're saying and what the practical use of it is, but if the user has a maxed main already and only plans to PK on the account my guess is he'll be focusing bounty worlds and PVP worlds at GE. That being said he won't be fighting maxed mains, and the lower combat level will mean he will be fighting lower tiers of account. At 98 combat he'll be dunking on zerkers ALL day long, and he can have a greater chance at smiting a +1.
I've made dozens of range tanks, from 42-99 defense. For non-deep PVP 75 def is better.
do i get 75 attack or go for 50 att 99 str(for gmaul)?
