None of these are rules, rather, strong suggestions to try and encourage professionalism and safety.

that's 100% true it's illegal to have more than one completeting jobs on acc at once.
but if kokao was the only one with acc info + rock at the time rock was scammed or stole the money him self. then it's 100% sure one of them. and has nothing to do with that other rule.

and ofc if there is prove that it wasen't kokau who scammed then are rock ofc to pay back the money he recived.
i'm just saying because kokao did pay back then it's gonna be very hard to prove anything else.

This is the issue. Prove he didn't. He's clearly shown that he has done this numerous times, and he is not using proper job procedures to hire users. Dude hires 3+ people on one account at a time for jobs, and does it MULTIPLE TIMES? It's more likely he had more than kokua on the account, than it is that he didn't.

Oh gosh, you're such a big guy. Apparently lawyers cry every time they try to prove someone is innocent.

Good observation there Sherlock, any other astounding insight you want to bring to the table?

Did your mommy drop you as a baby?

Oh, that sums it up. Canadian child. Got it.

Fair enough, but it was pretty strictly enforced way back when. We also had way more scamming going on back then, so it was a big deal to follow these rules/suggestions.

Thanks for the input Austin.

never mind i said just said that it dosen't help to say it's rocks fault just because your a bigger fan of kokao.
i do agree that this sounds very fishy but aslong there ain't anything to prove that it wasen't kokau then there ain't really much to do.
i do know kokao a lil and i don't belive he/she would scam. but i know rock aswell as i completed a few jobs for him and he never scammed me.
so i'm not sure who ever did scam but just saying it was rock without any prove dosen't really help anything.

I wonder if rocktaze had enough proof to get kukoa locked, rules regarding runescape S/A's are so vague

We need:

Clearer rules about what it takes to proof a Runescape scam
Scammer accusations about Runescape should be dealt with by people who play the game, because in Dave's case the mod had no clue what he was doing

Like: - Only responsible for up to 500m, or something (I don't see anyone repaying over 15k fg anyway)
- Untradeables like cwar tickets should have no value

I have no real side to take, either he did it or he didn't. Why do you think in my 8 years here on JSP, and doing transactions of 10's of millions of FG, there has never been a user on my accounts?

What I want to point out is who is really at fault? Any person who is willing to give multiple people access to an account at once is doing so at their own risk. ESPECIALLY when they are doing it through means that is impossible to prove or disprove. A user intentionally side steps D2JSP policy by doing transactions through outside communication, but comes to D2JSP to try and enforce that transaction's failure as a failure to comply with rules set by JSP?

That would be like me going to France as an American, shooting someone, and citing the "Stand your ground" policy fromTexas. It's stupid, makes no sense, and I am going to jail because I am an idiot.

The user has clearly disregarded all policies and rules that JSP has set up to protect themselves and the other users, but has come back to try and enforce those rules. Who's to say that he even had other people outside of JSP with access to the account, but kokua happens to be the only guy he can actually try to persue for repayment, so he did it?

What's the odds rocktaze got scammed by his friend that lives down the street?
