Better pvmer you are, more kills you do an hour using less supplies. Guy on my world who soloed nex to a red phat in 2 months without no lifing. Gp is easy to make if you have the time and capabilities.
Majority though with fully dyed stuff and multiple phats etc I would assume are stakers...then again lot of people out there who have hidden wealth and dont buy stuff like phats/dye to look cool
