If you've ever done barrows you know it's not 2 mins, and I'm pretty sure mage destroys all the melee bros, I kill em faster than people around me using melee. And I don't have to bank unless I'm full on items.
I use mage with maxed gear, but what I'm saying is, I'd rather take the quickest way (using expensive spells) rather than save money (slayer dart, salamander) etc
