They can.
But textbook wants to go based on efficient experience per hour metric. This metric offers a multiplier to Ironman which is the conversation.

But textbook wants to go based on efficient experience per hour metric. This metric offers a realistic way to equate one hours of a normies time, to one hour of an ironman time, to one hour of a level 3 skillers time, etc. It's a way to allow more people to reasonable compete, given how not all of us play normies.

We had 8 people get exp in last weeks comp, 4 of which tried to be competitive.
We have 6 people currently getting exp in this weeks comp, 4 of which appear to be trying to be competitive.
I mean, if we want the comp to just die off, sure, keep doing things the way we're doing them.
I'm sure it feels great to win a lot, but when you're only competing against 2 or 3 people, I've gotta imagine that gets old pretty quick.
The point of this comp is to benefit the community,
all of the community. If we're at historically low participation, and theres an opportunity to change things to promote a more equal playing field (thus more people thinking they can potentially compete and trying to do so), then I'm all for it.
