I'm trying to think about it logistically and they just simply don't have enough staff to deal with the influx of shit. Botters kinda fuck with that as they are trying to appeal their accounts or say they were hacked etc.. Or on any other issues for that matter.

It's almost impossible for a company of that staff size to be able to deal with each case 1 on 1. While that's probably the case and I am upset by it, it's just the reality of it..

I'm not actually banned, it's just a warning as my screenshot shows. But it's also basically the end of me doing jobs unless I take FG, which I don't use for anything. I guess if I want a new sig or something I'll take a job on...
Just hurts taking a huge chunk of me out of the community, albeit I don't do jobs often, but when I do, they are completely transparent on every front as many can attest to.

if they ban you take it as a sign and get out while you can.

That was before I got repaid and was able to do all content I was doing before with said gear heh..

Mod Ash told me to contact @JagexSupport and I did. All they did was link me the rules :rofl:

Sometimes I wonder if Jagex is purposely trying to expose themselves as having the worst customer service of all time under the idea that "no publicity is bad publicity"..... Since everyone in the gaming space seems to know you'd be better off praying to a superior being to give you account support than their staff....

The ONLY time I've ever gotten a reaction from customer support in my 15+ years of playing is when I got my account got stolen and I said if I don't get it back I will kill myself within 24 hours of this email.
The police came to my door 4 days later to question me on it...

Other than that, I have never received any support. You're better off posting on the sub reddit, at least P mods troll there
