Unless, of course, all service providers on the customer's account are on JSP, and service provider is transparent as to who will be providing the work, and all service providers be held accountable to missing things from account, account being banned, etc.

and when we are talking about IRONMAN, HCIM, GIM, etc, the value of lost items / damage to account, etc should be multiplied several times (from GE value) for very obvious reasons. Unless, of course, terms are agreed upon by both/all parties prior to beginning of service

the people doing the work on the job IMO is irrelevant, so long as they don't remain anonymous, but i could understand some people not caring.

I've hired these services before, off site, from someone who uses JSP, but still think JSP should at least publicly take a stance on this, and have specific rules for them.

I see the potential for diffusion of responsibility, but JSP is likely to hold the service manager accountable. All this could be avoided by plainly addressing the issue and giving clear rules about it.

I understand why they work the way they do.
And if I let them on my account I accept responsibility for that.

In terms of “team” I think services being provided by multiple jsp users is acceptable as long as the buyer understands that multiple people will be on said account. And it is clearly stated.

If this becomes something jsp decides to not allow I will gladly stop offering the services with gooper.

The team services are sketchy in all aspects.
I hope JSP catches wind of this and bans it. People are making a ton of gold and not doing a thing on someone's account with no accountability.
They have to be using some Venezuelan folks from SYTHE or somewhere and pay them a fraction of what is charged here.

Bottom line is, you shouldn't be taking in any profit if you aren't physically on the account doing work.

Managing a group of people and lopping some profit off the top for yourself while basically doing nothing but typing a PM is lame.
