Shining just seems to be pretty awkward right now, it's happening 100% of the time regardless of if I even get a drop at all at abyssals. I THOUGHT it could do with slayer req, but that's been debunked for lower levels (dusties and lower).

such as bandos abbys and i believe gargs

im sure theres more as well

I was going to ask, in terms of slayer, maybe slayer level has an effect on the chance?

Possibly?

Mages, because they pretty much always drop runes and I guess runes sets the shine off.
