yeah its not the biggest but I'm single for now and its just the right size for me.

Monthly payment will be just under 2 weeks of pay, and I'm expecting 500$ minimum each month in myy pocket after all the monthly bills. I would rather live happy and comfortable each month than worry if I have to work overtime just to make it. I can't stand the paycheck to paycheck shit like a lot of people do.  I will post pictures later this month. My closing date is april 26th, hopefully that weekend I will have everything moved in.
