slight set back on the all BIS gear goal! started a staking session at 1130wins/1088losses, end at 1142wins/1116losses.

Yes, that is 12 and 28. For some reason any time I lose big at the arena it's not a matter of losing slightly more than winning, or losing the big stakes and winning the small ones. It always seems to be I just somehow manage to pull 20-30% winrates which is nearly impossible and solid proof that Jagex randomly shadowbans certain players. I started the session 6wins/4losses and then I was targeted by a shadowban and proceeded to win 6 more and lose 24. I've NEVER seen it the other way around with a dramatic difference in wins, only losses. I'm 110% confident there is a (or a group of) rouge Jmod(s) that abuse shadowbans to profit at the arena. Mod MatK (former Jagex employee) himself confirmed they do in fact shadowban players and deny it. Stay away from the arena kids!

You can call shadowbans a conspiracy but the fact of the matter is it's been confirmed by a former Jagex employee and countless people (including myself) have experienced it first hand

Go back to page 9 of this thread where I lost 55 stakes in a row, the odds of that happening is roughly 1 in 36.03 quadrillion. If my experience was just an anomaly then sure, but 40+ loss streaks have happened to numerous people. That simply does not happen unless shadowbans exist. So, yes, they are a thing. The only way to profit at the arena is to know when you're shadowbanned and leave/ find people who are shadowbanned (nearly impossible to do unless you're the Jagex employee initiating the shadowban) and stake them repeatedly.

There is a reason jagex refuses to get rid of the arena despite how bad it is for the game. It's because they profit off of it.

Gambling is gambling man. You toss a coin, it can land on heads 50 times in a row.
If it weren’t the case EVERYONE would be rich.

more or less confirmed. Given how i ran a 1 in 36 quadrillion odds losing streak, and MANY other people i know have also experienced similar 40+ loss streaks. Yet I don't know a single person who has done the same but with a WINNING streak. It's undoubtedly confirmed. And ofc the OSRS team will cover it up, every other game/platform that shadowbans covers it up as well

My math may be off so feel free to correct me but

39 loss streak.

.5^39= 1.8189894e-12 = .0000000000018189894 = .00000000018189894%

Roughly 1 in 550,000,000,000 odds

down roughly 2b

e/

someone who had no idea what they were doing pulled 93m on me and streaked me up to over 1b alone. :)

40 loss streak, i cba keeping up with the math at this point.

41
