You're not jagex, or anyone who works for them. You're a user on d2jsp, far from anything that has to do with decisions in the Jagex company. You definately CANNOT guarantee anything. You and I both know jagex does stupid shit just as much as they do things that will benefit the game in a great way.

it's the same system for offenses as it is recoveries, if anything offenses are a much more outdated system with minor touch-ups.

jagex has a log of everything that happens problem is so many transactions happen not enuff people there to track wtf is goin on i doubt they track tans that are under 50m transfered

Although I could barely understand this, I do agree. I don't think they have enough manpower to track 150,000+ users a day for every transaction they make.
