Can't you get a rune pouch in low wilderness like Black Demons, spiders, scorpions or skeletons? In a 2000 world is highly unlikely to get dropped.

You need a task, and I'm just not wanting to fuck with it atm. Even at the higher level black demons, it's 1.3K kills on task just fucking not up for it

isn't there an easier way to get the emblems? like with help from someone else and you just walk into wildy until you get assigned eachother? does killing someone with an emblem not give 1tier lower for ironman?

You're 124 combat store on some slayer points and re roll on Krystilia till chaos druids, skeletons, scorpions, spiders or some low level crap mammoths who will get you to max level 10 wilderness. It's true emblems are a bit rare on low level monsters, but you're a lot safer. Man up!

No. You can only possibly get a T1 from a target kill.

Pretty sure there's enough 120+ people that you can trust to help you emblem boost.
