There are literally thousands and thousands of skilling accounts out there, there are maxed skillers which are rare, but Joe was still quite a long way from that.
There's quite a lot with 70+ all skills (Which, in my mind, makes them good accounts) you're just not looking hard enough.

I have 99 prayer bought, could only afford 91, but I have some pretty nice friends.

And I thought about getting summoning to 99 too while everything else 1, but that's just going to suck and it'll take too long, if I'm going to get all combat, I mine as well just start after prayer is 99.

Yeah that's true. It'd be a bitch to get 99, and then while slaying your other combats up getting all those charms you'd have needed before.

You know what you should/could do?

Use your 99 herb to it's full potential, and make your account a have turmoil with the bare minimum stats(ovls can do it for ya in parts.)

Then just go about your way training regularly. :]
