Again, it's about precedent. Show me some cases from the RS section where an account was banned, then the person doing the job was ordered to pay 500M or whatever the fuck for the account. Show me cases from the RS section where someone was ordered to repay 2B for Castle Wars armor. And do we want to reward people who, when banned, run and bug the shit out of JMods on Twitter, telling them the ins and outs of JSP and throwing everyone they need under the bus? Should Weath's Tweet even be considered?




The only issue here being that Dave owes him 150M, not 500M. SA handlers didn't do their jobs properly and gave the wrong amount for repay. That's the issue.

I'll 100% agree with you that Dave owes Hugger money and should currently be locked. 100%. But how much is the issue, and honestly, if the case doesn't move towards the direction that any other one is handled in, Hugger isn't going to get anything.

I think Dave is willing to repay up to 200M. Hugger can have that, or Hugger can have nothing. 500M isn't happening. 200M is more than fair given how cases are handled, 500M is not within the standard rules.

I'll show you this; It might say something that most SA cases are open for 6 to 12 months, or 12+ months when they're difficult to prove.

Dave's SA was finished in what, 3 weeks? That's because it's a really simple and clear case. Dave should take responsibility or he should stay away.

I didn't bot, nor did I break any rules for this to deserve the macro ban. it was either a false ban, or banned for something other than botting.

If I was honestly botting why weren't these accounts banned as well? assuming Mod Weath doesn't make mistakes on his bans, obviously if I'm going to bot I'm going to bot them all.

100M for the base stats of the account, + 150M for skills + 500M for feefees: Dave is not liable
2200M for Castle Wars armor that Hugger spent 40 hours to get, then the time taken to get it was changed during a game update: Dave is not liable

Anyway. You could put on a real offer for repaying. If Hugger agrees on that, you'll still get unlocked. But it's really quiet from your side.
