Guthans would probably destroy anyone who tried to attack it.

Pretty much like once you get out into Slayer/etc the one iteming dickheads aren't a problem, and most people with actual gear aren't looking to fight. With guthan's you prot item 24/7 obviously, but still not many people are going to fuck with you if you're wearing it.
