Honestly the 2nd tier is good enough, if you just do the 8 you use the most, I chose lunar isle, ardy, kharyll, catherby, no point in varrock with jewelry box, lumby, falador, and whatever you prefer for the last 3, I'll probably upgrade sometime but not anytime soon
