People like you break the community, not us. If you don't like it, simply ignore it, or else you'll make it only worse.

They'll do good in the med/mod spot, sure, but they wont be around nearly as much as when they weren't so it defeats the purpose. I'm pretty sure I've mentioned that in there.
Ask people who have had friends become trusted tags, it changes their views on jsp and they become much less active. I've seen it happen multiple times, as I said.
Also don't think that bringing in outsiders would help.
People are suggesting Pwned/Ed/etc, I mean, we've even seen garrygarry(LOL) puborcist (LOL) and plague nominated (Oh god, I can't even) if you really think these people would do well, you're wrong.
The ones that would be ok, basically Ed, probably wouldn't be that active.
Now considering our community is a bunch of people who just want to bitch about how everyone is a scammer, a botter or a faggot, I'd say we're pretty bad.
There are good people here, but the community is bad.

If this section has some DISCIPLINE, it wouldn't be as shitty. Guess what gives discipline? A tagged person.
If they happen to leave, we replace them with another one in the meantime until we can find a permanent one.
You act like there is NOTHING we can do about someone leaving. But there is. D2jsp/us just fail to do so.
I just want to see less people scammed. It drives people away. It causes people to quit. It causes more drama.
We need a better team to lead this section than what we currently have and YOU know it.

A tagged person just creates more multis, when people get suspended, lots of warns, or even banned.
I wouldn't say it creates discipline at all. Everyone knows how easy it is to multi on jsp.
So, we keep creating meds/trusted tags from anyone who sort of fits the bill until one person sticks around? Seems bad to me.
We need someone to actively make effort both in this section and others. Keith did something like this, just came in and was a helpful guy. He posted guides and such, plus got to know the right people and eventually became a med.
Now, of course, Keith isn't the messiah that we'd need to turn this shit around, because like the others he just upped and left. We basically need Keith 2.0, which I don't see happening.
Anyway, all in all I don't think more meds will help. It will prevent a few scams, but I never really see this section straightening out, how many of these topics have there been in the past? The answer is a lot. I've seen a lot of these.

You could change a big time if everyone supports you on doing it. Although, that's hard to get.
You're basicly saying we should get rid of the scamming? Sure, that's possible by making a new rule, that requires a Mediator with like an X amount+ trades. But I doubt that's gonna happen anywhere near now.

By tagged I ment a good tag. They will bring in disciple and be able to hand out warns/suspensions.

I do agree with the Keith statement, but I never really cared for him. If TWW came back, I'd consider him a good candidate. Wolfey was nice when he came in, but left quickly.
PK_Dibbun is also good, but he moved to WoW YEARS ago.
Fact of the matter is, we need more mod action in this section, to cut the shit.

Keith is legit, he always has been, but being a med on jsp was just shit. TWW I've never really seen as active at all, even in my early jsp days I don't remember him.
As for Dibbun, again, I'm not sure. I don't remember much of him. Only his sig.
Like I say, I just think it needs to be someone from in-section, that actively makes the decision that they want to try and bring about change on their own. If it doesn't happen like that, well then I don't see it working.
