This is exactly why I can't do anything about this. Either that or a post with him admitting to botting or a screenshot showing a bot/icon for a bot.
Also, just because someone moves with the other "bots" doesn't make them a bot. I used to afk fish with sound on so I knew when the sound stopped I needed to go move spots. When doing that I would quite frequently move with other people.
There is no solid evidence and therefore I cannot do anything.

Even I'm not on the list, and I made a thread announcing my account was banned and why a couple of years back.
I have caught someone before and their name goes there for the duration they are removed from the competition according to the macroing rule in place.
I simply cannot remove someone without sufficient proof which is very difficult to obtain without admission or Jagex banning the account.
