my slayer is lvl 44 its not that i cant fight like the things form the guy who gives the low lvl monsters i just need to lvl now for higher lvl ones cause my combat lvl is low

Just do fly or barb fishing until 90 for speed. Then make bank off rocktails at 90+

do they heal more then monkfish? cause im lookin for more of a source of food to heal with lol

Yes, but might take more to cook... If you're just looking for a source of food then do monkfish.
