200M has been done in a few skills already, probably more by the time I'm done. 100-120K/hour isn't a terribly fast skill, but it's ridiculously easy to stick to.
IIRC, 200M Cooking was the first 200M. Now we've got Thieving, Fletching, pretty much Fishing, FM and almost Crafting.
Should be the first to 200M attack if I don't stop 1M+/day training though. The second closest is has 1.75x the XP to gain, so they'd need some crazy days. We're talking my 8 hour days to their 14 hour days, but I usually do around 12/day.. 21 hours a day for 2 months straight is a difficult task. OFC there are slightly faster methods, dh etc etc
