Also a little side update - I did gain an HP rank either this morning or yesterday. May get to rank 2 after Martin passes Ztary, but I doubt I'll ever pass Martin. Quite sure he's going for 200M strength, and he's doing a fuckload of XP/day, ~1.25M/day this week

if he does both then the trips are going to be 1/3rd the length he could with sgs/prayer alone

the method hes doing is the same as what you suggested anyways if not just 1k~ per hour slower which in the long run would be slower since he'd waste more time banking
